Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Socializz is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to Socializz accounts, user content, and use of the Socializz website and app.

Age requirements

Socializz is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. People under 18 are not allowed to create or use an account. We do not knowingly permit minors to use Socializz. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including disabling the account.

Prohibited conduct

Socializz prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, trafficking or endangerment of a child, and any attempt to use the service to identify, contact, exploit, or harm a child. Users must not create, request, upload, share, promote, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Suspected violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

How to report a concern

Users can report an account from its profile options and report posts or comments using their content options in Socializz. Choose the closest available reason and include relevant context. Reports are reviewed by the Socializz team, and the app tells users that reports will be reviewed within 24 hours.

You can also contact our child-safety point of contact at socializz.team@gmail.com. Include links, usernames, and a description of the concern. Do not download, forward, repost, or email suspected child sexual abuse material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and escalation

We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action under these standards and our Terms and Conditions. Where required by applicable law, we will report concerns to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations. We may preserve relevant account or report information when legally required or necessary for safety and abuse investigations.

Contact

Our designated contact for child sexual abuse and exploitation prevention and compliance is socializz.team@gmail.com. This inbox must be used for child-safety concerns and monitored by the Socializz team.
